Awareness Week
It is Mental Health Awareness Week this week (May 15th-21st) and this year's theme is anxiety.
Whilst having anxiety - and anxieties - is normal it can sometimes become a problematic mental health issue. Worrying about things too much and falling into feedback loops of intrusive thoughts.
But there are recommendations to help alleviate pressures and make us feel more at ease, the Mental Health Foundation gives a few ideas of what we can do below.
