The season is underway in our Development and Elite Centres for the 2021/22 season, with places available across our Development Centres.
The Youth Development Pathway (U7s to U16s) at Crawley Town FC is designed to focus on the holistic development of the players within our centres. Emphasising the importance of building resilience, confidence and leadership skills, our players are role models whether they are on or off the football pitch.
All players are expected to continue training with their grassroots team and are provided extra support, if necessary. Our centres are delivered once a week and with additional training opportunities (Goalkeeper-Specific & Physical Performance) available. Players also have the opportunity to be Ball Retrievers at Crawley Town FC home fixtures.
We aspire to be the best we can in everything we do and take personal growth as a never-ending development journey for us all. When we win we stay ‘Humble’. When we lose we stay ‘Dignified’.
Ian Cobbett, Player Pathway Co-ordinator said this about our current opportunities,
“We are looking for local talent, boys or girls to come and train with us at Crawley Town.
Providing a pathway into our Crawley Town Education Academy and give everyone the opportunity to represent Crawley Town in fixtures, ball retrieving and being a part of the local community. Our Elite & Development centres allow players to improve their individual technique within a team setting and gain personal skills for their everyday life.”
