NEW!

ELITE & DEVELOPMENT
GIRLS

The Foundation are delighted to offer a brand new Elite and Development programme for Girls!

The current player pathway has had great success in improving players,

creating memories and building team spirit and now we are expanding to develop local

girls potential.

We offer expert coaching from players at semi-professional clubs and UEFA coaching badge holders.

We encourage an open-minded nature, and motivation to learn with hard work. We have values of honesty, positivity and respect and play with dignity and are humble. We utilise 3-channel feedback between player-coach-teammates.

All our players have the opportunity to be Ball Retrievers at Crawley Town FC matches.

If you are interested in your child joining the programme please fill out an expression of interest form below.

Mini Reds

Our fun and informative development session for ages 3-6 look to build resilience, social skills and confidence in our young footballers. We learn to take turns & share, be respectful, humble and make new friends.

The fun, creative learning outcomes also have practical ends that inspire our players to learn and to continue participating in the gram - we hope to see our mini-reds players engage with grassroots teams and have opportunities to move into our u7s Development Centre.

Elite & Development Centres

The Youth Development Pathway (U7s to U16s) is designed to focus on the holistic development of players at our centres. By emphasising the importance of building resilience, confidence and leadership, our players become role models on and off the football pitch.

The Pathway is split into Elite & Development teams with the latter accommodating teams to under 14s, whilst the Elite goes to under 16.

All our players are expected to continue training with their grassroots team and are provided extra support if necessary. Our centres are delivered once a week with additional training opportunities (Goalkeeper-Specific & Physical Performance) available, too. All our players have the opportunity to be Ball Retrievers at Crawley Town FC matches.

We encourage an open-minded nature, and motivation to learn with hard work. We have values of honesty, positivity and respect and play with dignity and are humble. We utilise 3-channel feedback between player-coach-teammates.
