BTEC Tutor: 16-19 Education Programme

Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000​

Closing Date: 31st July 2025​​

Job Purpose:

Based at the Broadfield Stadium, we are seeking to recruit a Sport Tutor to join our 16-19 Football Education Programme for a Mid-August start (or sooner, if you wish to).

​

As a registered charity the Foundation works in partnership with Holy Trinity School, Crawley to ensure our students receive quality education, as well as training and playing in the National Football Youth League.

​

Casual Coaches

Contract Type: Zero hours

Fixed-term
Salary: £20.00 per hour​

Job Purpose:
The successful candidates will support the delivery of Football and Community sessions in connection with our Schools Sports Programme, including but not exclusive to Lunchtime Clubs, After-School Clubs, Premier League Primary Stars and Soccer Schools. This role will also provide opportunities to work across additional programmes such as Elite & Development Centres, Premier League Kicks, Recreational Football and Match Day Duties.

Football Education Programme: Head Coach

Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000​

Closing Date: 31st July 2025​​

Job Purpose:

Crawley Town Community Foundation is hiring a Head Coach to lead the football side of our Football Education Programme. Based at The Broadfield Stadium, you'll coach players aged 16–19, manage fixtures in the National Youth Football League, and support the development of the Assistant Coach.

​

You’ll plan and deliver training sessions, oversee squad selections, analyse match performance, and help with logistics and recruitment events. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

​

Applicants must hold a UEFA B Licence, FA First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications, and a D1 minibus licence. Experience coaching 16–19-year-olds and strong organisational skills are essential.
