Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds unless we cancel a course. In the event of illness or injury where 3 or more days are missed, we will issue you with a Credit Note, which can be redeemable against any related course. A medical certificate may be required, and you will need to contact us prior to or during the course to inform us. Failure to do so will result in a Credit Note not being issued. We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. In this instance, you will be notified at least 48 hours before the course commences, and a full refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding. ​
ARE ALL THE COACHES CRB CHECKED AND QUALIFIED TO COACH?
Yes. All coaches have their CRB to enhanced level and qualified between FA Level 1-3 grade.
CAN GIRLS TAKE PART?
Of course ! Girls and boys are welcome on all courses.
WILL THERE BE CRAWLEY TOWN PLAYERS AT SESSIONS?
Crawley Town FC players do attend selected courses.
DO PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BRING LUNCH?
Yes, you will need to bring lunch and plenty of water for day-courses and holiday courses.

DO COACHES LOOK AFTER HIS/HER ASTHMA PUMP?
Coaches can look after asthma pumps but are not permitted to administer them.
