Crawley Old Girls

Crawley Old Girls (COGS) is a women's recreational football group aiming to inspire 'older' players to play the game and get active.

Started in 2015, 'Crawley Old Girls' has grown exponentially and has sessions to suit all abilities from beginners to experienced players.

Our qualified coaches support the programme that runs three sessions at the Broadfield Stadium ball court. Sessions run throughout the week.

Crawley Town Flyers.

Crawley Town Flyers is the Foundation's PAN Disability team. Through a structured and tailored approach, we accommodate players of all abilities focusing on individual growth and teamwork through drills, exercises and matches.

Beyond the training sessions, the Flyers have three teams playing competitively in the Sussex Disability Football League that helps belonging and unity within our community.

If you or someone you know is interested in being a part of the Crawley Town Flyers Football Training Programme, please get in touch with Ian today.

Walking Football

The Foundation holds Walking Football every Friday afternoon on the ball court as part of Extra Time Hubs.

The session is light-hearted, with players of all abilities coming together to play.  The principal goal is the social aspect of keeping fit, a team game with a friendly atmosphere.
