Walking Football

The Foundation holds Walking Football every Friday afternoon as part of Extra Time Hubs.
​
The session is light-hearted, with players of all abilities coming together to play. 

 

The principal goal is the social aspect and to keep fit in a team game with a friendly atmosphere.

Extra Time Hubs

Extra Time Hubs marks the end of the Foundation's week with a bustling social group for Crawley's 50+ community.

 

The Foundation is committed to tackling loneliness and social isolation and the Hub is our flagship community initiative driving that fight.  

Our sessions vary each week, with participants able to take part in with activities including arts and crafts, seated exercise, health checks, walking football and quizzes.

Virtual Hubs
Walk and Talk.

Walk and Talk provides a safe and secure environment for the 50+ community to come together and share experiences all whilst being active in the Crawley area. 

Delivered by our volunteers, Virtual Hubs enables participants to socialise from the comfort of their home, using Zoom.

Move the Goalposts

Move the Goalposts takes place once a week at

the club's Broadfield Stadium ball court; It is a

light-hearted, lively and supportive group. 

It is a session for those experiencing - or at risk of experiencing - mental health issues; and is open

to anyone over the age of 18.
