EQUALITIES & INCLUSION:

 CRAWLEY OLD GIRL'S (COG'S)

 

Crawley Old Girls (COGS) was an initiative set up through the Crawley Town Community Foundation, with funding from the English Football League Trust Female Football Development (FFD) scheme.

 

Beginner sessions run on Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm with Intermediate and Advanced sessions on Thursday 7pm - 8pm & 8pm - 9pm all on the Broadfield Stadium 3G Ball Court. 

The first session with us is free.

COMMUNITY SAFETY:

PREMIER LEAGUE CRAWLEY KICKS

 

Crawley Kicks is a free weekly football session for young people aged 8-19. The project aims to support young people using football to motivate them. To do this, Kicks provides positive, structured activities which aim to prevent crime and antisocial behaviour and help them lead a healthier, more active lifestyle.

All participants Under 18, must complete a parental consent form - DOWNLOAD A COPY

We deliver a Girls Only session for Premier League Kicks, open for girls 8 - 19 years to come along and play football. The session is completely free and no knowledge or previous experience of football is required to join the programme.

 

The sessions run every Friday, 6pm - 7pm at The People's Pension Stadium

EQUALITIES & INCLUSION: 

GIRLS' PROVISION

The Girl's provision was set up to provide high quality, female only satellite clubs, and to give girls new opportunities to play football. This tailored programme enables participants to build a unique rapport with their coaches, helping to build confidence and provide valuable progression opportunities for personal development.

 

The programme is specifically targeted at girls/ ladies who are new to the sport, or those who wish to re-engage after a period of non-participation.

HEALTH &WELLBEING: 

MOVE THE GOALPOSTS

 

Move the Goalposts is a football and personal skills programme, for those experiencing (or at risk of experiencing) mental health difficulties. 

 

Sessions are delivered every Wednesday, from 2pm - 4pm on the Broadfield Stadium 3G Ball Court. Sessions are open to anyone aged 18+, and no official mental health diagnosis is required. 

 

In partnership with The Triangle Leisure Centre, we now offer a session in Burgess Hill.

This session runs every Thursday from 10am - 12pm. Sessions are open to anyone aged 18+, and no official mental health diagnosis is required.

EQUALITIES & INCLUSION:

CRAWLEY TOWN FLYERS

 

Crawley Town Community Foundation and Out There West Sussex have teamed up to launch Crawley Town Flyers, training every Tuesday at Broadfield’s 4G football pitch 1pm - 2pm and an evening session on K2 3G from 7pm - 8 pm.

These sessions offer people with a variety of disabilities the opportunity to play football in an inclusive and relaxed environment, with the chance to represent Crawley Town Flyers in competitive football.

HEALTH & WELLBEING: 

EXTRA TIME HUBS

Extra Time Hubs is a national project from EFL Trust. It gives people who have men and women over 55 the opportunity to meet like-minded people while socialising and participating in a variety of activities to improve their health and well-being.

The Extra Time Hubs offer both social and physical activities which vary from week to week. These activities could include wellbeing walks, walking football, games, quizzes and more based on the needs of the participants for £3 - Your first session with us is FREE!

HEALTH & WELLBEING: 

WALKING FOOTBALL

Extra Time is our weekly walking football session for adults aged 50+. The programme gives people the opportunity to meet new people and socialise.

Sessions on Fridays, 12pm - 1pm at the Broadfield Stadium 3G Ball Court, and cost £3 per person. 

The first session with us is free.

TRAINEESHIPS

Crawley Town is recruiting for our exciting Traineeship programme.

 

This programme will provide participants with a fantastic opportunity to personally develop skills and for meaningful long-term employment opportunities.
