Do you want to inspire and develop young footballers?



The Crawley Town Community Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic, Girls Elite & Development Coordinator to coach and support U7-U16 players in the Elite & Development Centre.




What You'll Do:

The role will see the individual coordinate our Girls Elite & Development programme within our Football & Sports Participation Department.
Working alongside the Football & Sports Participation Manager, to ensure the programme is coordinated and delivered to the expected high standards.
The successful candidate will also support the department in the delivery of its other programmes including School Lunchtime Clubs, After-School Clubs and Soccer Schools
As a Community Development Officer, you’ll support people of all ages and abilities through fun, inclusive and life-changing programmes, including:




Who We’re Looking For:

Essential:
A Qualified Coach and possess relevant qualifications (UEFA C minimum)
Be able to plan and deliver engaging sessions.
Experience of managing programmes.
Be able to review and reflect upon their own practice.

Personal Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings with Thursday nights essential.
A drive to help participants achieve their goals
