Crawley Town are looking for new youth team players!

Crawley Town Community Foundation are proud to have over 200 local players on our Youth Player Pathway. Within our Elite & Development Centres, our bespoke curriculum, focussing on the Crawley Town DNA, is designed to help our young people develop their football skills as well as improve their physical and social development.

Our players benefit from many additional opportunities such as:

- Matches against Professional Football Teams such as Norwich City FC.

- Ball Retrieval Opportunities at Crawley Town FC first team matches.

- Occasional training sessions led by Crawley Town first team coaches.

- Detailed Progress Reports throughout the season.

The training programme is designed to complement our player’s grassroots commitments and we actively encourage our players to regularly play with their friends and enjoy themselves.

Kayleigh Bowers, our Football and Sports Development Manager, had this to say about the Youth Development programmes at Crawley Town: “We are extremely proud of the environment we have created for our players. It is refreshing to work in an environment where coaches really have time for each one of their players. Our coaches are very well qualified and experienced and build excellent rapport with their players. They take a real interest in their development!”

To apply to join one of our U8-U16 teams, trialists must:

· Be currently playing for a grassroots team or represent their school regularly

· Live within 90 minutes of The People’s Pension Stadium, Winfield Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 9RX
