On the 14th of September the Crawley Town reserve under-19's took on Watford in their first game of the National Football Youth League.
The Reds started brightly creating multiple chances and looking comfortable in possession throughout the half.
As the second half began the Reds continued to create chances and dominate possession before Watford were able to regain possession and counter attack which inevitably led to the opening goal for Watford in the 55th minute.
Watford managed to clinch the 3 points on the opeining game of the season for our reserves side.
Our next under-19's game comes on the 19th September at home to Bournemouth as our A-team look to gain their first points of the season in the South Championship division.
