Our January Elite & Development Centre Player of the Month winners have been selected by the Crawley Town Community Foundation coaching team - and what a fantastic month it has been across the programme.

Amber – Girls Elite & Development

Girls Elite & Development Coordinator Vicky praised Amber’s outstanding attitude and commitment throughout January:

“Amber always has a great understanding of what is being asked of her in training. She listens, asks and answers questions and always strives to be her best, giving 100%. She is very coachable, wants to do well and is extremely positive each week.”

Amber’s willingness to learn and consistently give her all in every session makes her a thoroughly deserving winner. Well done, Amber!

🐺 Wolf – U7 Elite

Elite & Development Coordinator Zack highlighted Wolf’s impressive development this month:

“Wolf has been excellent in every session! His detail when receiving and releasing is a standout attribute in his game as well as the ability to take on information and implement coaching points after little instruction!”

Wolf’s ability to absorb information and apply it so effectively has really set him apart. A brilliant achievement!

Coach Braedon recognised Dylan’s hard work and determination:

“Dylan shows great commitment and work rate at every session. He tries to apply feedback straight away and is not afraid to challenge himself, as well as showing high levels of intensity throughout the month.”
