This past month, our team has been working hard to get back into the community in bigger and better ways. With each department having their own victories and much more to come in the coming months of this season.
In our Education Academy, we have been celebrating Ryan, for getting into the National Football Youth League All Star squad. The squad will play showcase games against Premier League and Football League Academy sides.
During half-term week, three players Luca (Captain & Centre-midfielder), Wiktor (Attacker) and Zak (Central Defender) had the opportunity to train alongside the Crawley Town first team after being invited by John Yems.
Finally, their South Championship and South Reserves are currently joint top and in with a chance of winning their respective league titles after both only losing one game in the league so far.

In our Community Development department, we have successfully launched our brand-new Sporting Memories session, in partnership with Sussex Cricket Foundation and Crawley Borough Council at the museum.
Running every Thursday from 10am – 11:30am, this session offers participants the opportunity to come down and socialise whilst taking part in a reminiscence session.
Additionally, during half-term our Premier League Kicks Volunteer programme launched through an induction event at The People’s Pension Stadium where participants took part in a volunteer workshop, social action/youth voice feedback and brainstorming. As well as a stadium tour and tournaments on our very own 3G Ballcourt. Followed by Pizza and refreshments in the Mayo Wynne Baxter Suite.
